They make decisions collaboratively, so your care is personalized to your needs. This also helps eliminate paperwork, repetitive tests and procedures, and potential medical errors. And since your health plan and providers are connected, you have access to most medical records, labs, and test results via kp.org or our mobile app.

1. NCQA is a third-party organization that receives both clinical quality information (HEDIS) and member survey (CAHPS) feedback to rate health plans nationwide. Kaiser Permanente is one of the highest-ratedcommercial health plans in Colorado for 2022. Kaiser Permanente specialists received the highest NCQA rating in 2022.
2. Kaiser Permanente Colorado is composed of the nonprofit Kaiser Foundation Health Plan of Colorado and the for-profit Permanente Medical Group.
3. Kaiser Permanente’s Medicare plan was the highest-rated plan in the state for the fifth-straight year (excluding 2020, when NCQA did not release plan rating because of the pandemic). The plan received 4.5 out of a possible 5 stars.
4. Kaiser Permanente leads the nation in 42 HEDIS effectiveness-of-care measures. Our closest national competitor has only 14.
